When choosing your wedding meal you’ll often find the old reliables on the menu but is there really a need to play it so 
safe? Even if you’re choosing a very traditional style for your wedding that doesn’t mean the cuisine needs to be.
One thing to consider is what you would choose to order from a menu at a restaurant. If it’s Italian or something oriental then why not considers something along those lines for your main meal?
It can be nice to take the time of year into account too, it’s good to serve something a little lighter during the summer months and something hearty and comforting during the winter. If you really don’t know what to serve but know you would like something unique why not look to your caterer for inspiration.
At the end of the day you want to know you and your guests are well fed and ready for a night of fun and dancing!
